For sale is a vintage, Art Deco era, RARE, wide, carved, octagonal, blue moon, Bakelite bangle! A look from the past that translates beautifully into today's styles!
The piece is a unique find! It is a bangle style bracelet made with bluish, greenish grey, Bakelite, I believe called 'blue moon'. Any sort of blue Bakelite is extremely rare and hard to find. The bangle has been carved into an octagonal shape. The design is geometric and the bangle is substantial! The bangle is a piece that should be in every vintage plastic jewelry collection. This is Art Deco era Bakelite at its best!
