St John Orangish Red Santana Knit Button Down Vintage Long Dress

For sale is a fabulous, St. John, 70's, unique, tomato red, long, button down cardigan sweater/ dress with the tags attached! A piece from the past that is just as stylish today! It will work wonderfully with your wardrobe!

It is a unique vintage piece that could be worn many ways for a ton of great looks! It has the ability to go from a sweater dress, to a long cardigan. It has longer, short sleeves and ten, gorgeous, enamel and gold tone buttons down the front. The top has a v-neck and it is structured, with subtle shoulder pads to create a flattering silhouette. The pads could easily be removed if they are't for you. I am 5' 4" and it comes to my ankle, so see the dimensions to know how it will hang. The sleeves have gathers the the shoulders that create a cool, dressy, 'poof' affect. It is hard to show how different and unique this piece truly is in pictures!

It looks like it is vintage from the late 1960's- early 1970's- very high end bohemian. This would be great for a traveler because it is one item with multiple looks. The tag inside reads St. John by Marie Gray, but I do not see a size tag. This piece is made by St. John by Marie Gray, so you know it is great quality! Similar pieces are in their collection for Neiman Marcus this year for up to $4000!

This piece is so cool- 60's, unique, Bohemian girl with $$$ style mixed with the best of high end design. It would be a great separate that could easily be dressed up or down. It is classic! It is way prettier in person than the way it photographs. It'd be a fantastic addition to any closet! The belt is not included, but is listed in another ad.
