For sale is a Salvatore Ferragamo, RARE, black lizard embossed leather, two strap Vara design satchel/tote bag with a dual snap top, gold hardware, and multiple compartments! This gorgeous purse from Salvatore Ferragamo is rare and is in a timeless style!
It is made by Italian designer Salvatore Ferragamo and is a rare, very expensive style. It is a satchel or tote style made in black lizard embossed leather. It has two, longer, wide, shoulder straps with leather on one side and grosgrain fabric on the other. There is a Vara style, gold tone design with a grosgrain ribbon at the top of the bag. This bag is so cool and screams today's take on late 60's mod!
Inside, the layout is very basic. There is one large compartment and the top has a double snap closure with an interior zip pocket. The inside is very clean in black logo fabric. It has a tag that reads 'Salvatore Ferragamo, Made in Italy' and 'DF-21 2530'.
It has a mod style that is very 'on trend', but this classic look will never go out of style. It'd be a fantastic addition to any collection! This bag was definitely made by the one of the top high end Italian designers that every lady deserves to own a purse by for her collection!
Measurements: 13.5" x 11" x 5"; Strap drop: 12"
The purse is in excellent condition! For a vintage purse, that cost $2K-$3K originally, it does not get much better! Check out my other listings in my store! I have lots vintage and designer purses, so, if this one is not for you, I bet I have one that is 'it'!
