* For sale is an amazing, vintage, 1960's, mod, Gucci, brown suede and leather, saddle bag style satchel shoulder bag with an amazing, two-tone gold and silver, horse shoe shaped accent with three engraved tiger heads, an accordion, expandable bottom, and multiple interior pockets! It is a unique and incredibly rare vintage style that would be a head turner used as your signature or special occasion brown purse!
The bag is unusual- not like the classic, Gucci, purses I see online for sale. The saddle bag, satchel style purse is definitely from the 1960's, based on its mod style. The purse is a chocolate brown suede with matching leather acting as the strap and piping. It has an exquisite, engraved, two tone, horse shoe shaped accent with three engraved tiger heads! The tiger head accent is attached to the envelope flap top closure. The purse has metal hardware on the top of both sides where the strap is attached. The craftsmanship that went into making this purse is amazing!
The purse has minimal wear to the leather lining. The lining is also brown leather and very clean- see pictures. The purse has multiple pockets to keep you organized. It is not a huge looking purse, but because of the expandable, accordion shaped bottom and pockets, it can hold more than you would think!
The purse predates serial number and is stamped and embossed on the back of the purse's interior at the top in the center with a gold, 'Made in Italy, Gucci, Mod Breve'. It is an unusual, vintage Gucci and will always be in style! It has been authenticated by a third party expert, so buy with confidence.
