* For sale is a vintage, fabulous, GUCCI, 1960's, caramel leather, boxy, envelope style, top handle purse with a tortoise shell Lucite/Bakelite handle, a leather card holder, and gold accents! This bag is the original mod style purse that Gucci recently re-released and will never go out of style!

This buttery soft caramel leather purse has a single hard handle made with iced tea Bakelite or Lucite on the top. The purse has an envelope style flap that fits into a gold and Bakelite or Lucite twist lock closure of the boxy, oval shaped shoulder or handheld purse. The bag is made with expandable sides and bottom for more room! This original 1960's mod style purse by Gucci is so popular right now- Gucci re-released a line with almost identical purses that cost $$$$!

It has a very soft leather lining in tan that should not peel. There are multiple interior pockets that will keep you organized. There is a petite leather card holder- see pictures- that has a pocket. This purse predates serial numbers and has a gold embossed plaque. It has also been authenticated by a third party source, so buy with confidence! It has a classic look that will never go out of style!
