* For sale is a vintage, Gucci, blue, small G logo print coated canvas & navy leather, barrel shape, cross body or shoulder bag with gathered sides and unused strap! This rare and unusual style purse from Gucci that will be the only navy blue purse you will need!
The bag has a small 'G' style logo print in blue on coated canvas. It is a unique, chunky, barrel shape with gathered material at the sides and a zip closure at the top. It has navy colored leather comprising the top, sides, and strap with gold tone hardware. The shoulder strap looks like it has threads that were meant to be snipped but never were, like on the slit of a skirt, that would make the strap significantly longer. This leads me to believe it got very little, if any use, despite its age!
Purse: 8" x 6" x 6"; Strap length: 12" (as is); 24" is threads were snipped; *Item #: 18046642
The interior was beginning to peel, the way this era of Gucci purses do, so i have stripped the sticky inside down to the soft felt lining below. It is from the 1970's/80's and by Gucci. The purse has an authentication # of 007-115-5770. All of my purses are authentic, so buy with confidence! This purse would be a fantastic addition to any collection! The purse is so adorable!
