* For sale is a Gucci, black, glossy leather, large, multiple compartment, envelope top, shoulder bag with inlaid red/blue stripe and buckles & unique strap! It is a unique take on a classic envelope top style that would be great used as an everyday purse or saved for special occasions!
The bag is incredible and has such fabulous mod design elements! The purse is made of black, glossy leather with a wide, red/blue fabric stripe inlaid into the center that has gold buckle accents on both sides! It a large, envelope snap top style, shoulder purse with a single strap that widens at the center in two spots, like a figure 8 design. The bottom is an accordion style, so it can hold much more than you may think! This purse is designed in such a classic style!
It has multiple interior compartment and the lining is fabric in some compartments and leather in others, but there is no peeling or signs of it! The interior, like the exterior has very little wear on common areas, like the piping, bottom, or strap. The leather really doesn't even show the scratches you would expect to see on a purse of this age! The purse pre-dates serial numbers and has the 'Made in Italy by Gucci' embossed in gold on the interior. It has been authenticated by a third party expert, so buy with confidence!

This is a rare mod style purse from Gucci and will always be in style! I have several other, early Gucci purses that have the same fabulous 1960's designer Italian style! I have an almost identical brown patent leather purse that you may like, if this one catches your eye! Also, I have lots of gorgeous black and red leather wallets that would make a great set with this purse! I love having a matched set whenever possible, so check them out!
This piece is in excellent vintage condition! You could wear it with jeans or dress it up and it would look amazing! This is the only black purse that you will ever need! Check out my other listings in my store!
