For sale is a Gucci, RARE, mod, black Micro Guccissima print canvas fabric and buttery soft black leather with gold hardware, Jackie satchel style purse with lots of compartments and a 'G' twist closure! It is a unique, 1960's, mod style from Gucci that would be great used as your signature, black purse!
This style has recently been 'brought back' by Gucci, which means they are producing a limited quantity of this classic mod style called the '1973 line'! The bag is the perfect top handle, early Jackie O purse by Gucci that no one else will have! The purse is made of buttery soft, black leather with light gold tone accents! It is a larger size and has an envelope style flap top and twist lock closure in a 'G' shape. It has a true 1960's Gucci mod look! It will come with its dust bag, too.
This purse makes a great use of space! On the interior, there are three large compartments, each with multiple pouches and pockets. It is lined in red leather upper that is starting to peel in areas- see pictures- and is extremely clean. The purse predates authentication numbers the way we see them now, but is marked with Gucci's, early gold stamped emblem and an extremely faded embossed number on the interior, front compartment of 406-000-1080.
The bag has minimal wear to the exterior and the lining is very clean! In my opinion, it looks amazing for its age of almost 50 years old! Somebody took fabulous care of it and treated it with kid gloves so now you can enjoy it for another 50 years! I have the same style purse for sale in another ad in blue with the small G logo print in navy and navy leather, solid navy leather, solid black leather, and solid brown leather.
This is a true vintage find! Please note bag is vintage and there are minor signs of use- see pictures. You will be the only person with this rare gem from Gucci! You could dress it up or wear it with jeans and it would look great! This is the only black purse you will need! DON'T MISS OUT!
**I have seen the exact same vintage purses for sale on other sites/ads for over $900 and the new 1973 line costs $$$$$!! **
