* For sale is a vintage, RARE, Gucci, delicious, buttery navy blue leather, bucket shaped, satchel style cross body or shoulder bag with an extra large, 'blondie'- like bold gold 'GG' emblem at the snap closure and roomy interior! It is a rare, early Gucci style that is even more unique in leather with a Sherry stripe accent! This would be great used as your signature navy purse or your special occasion eye-catching accessory!
The bag is a vintage, large, cylindrical, bucket or satchel style purse by Gucci. The purse is made of buttery navy blue leather and has a red and blue, fabric, Sherry stripe accent around the base. To close, there is a snap attached to a leather fold over strap with a bold, polished gold GG medallion, like those on blondie style pieces. The shoulder strap is adjustable in length.
Inside, it has one, large interior compartment with a zip pocket. The bag has a leather lining that has no signs of peeling! It is vintage, but there is minimal wear to the exterior- see pictures. There is very little wear on the piping or strap- the owner took excellent care of this purse. The purse pre-dates serial numbers, but has the stamp in gold of 'Made in Italy by Gucci' followed by '9'. It is rare Gucci style, very desirable, and will always be in style!

It is almost impossible to find this vintage style by Gucci, especially in this type of mint vintage condition! This piece is great! It is a classic piece that is unique, since it is vintage. This is the only navy blue leather purse that you will ever need! Check out my other listings in my store! I have lots of vintage and new, designer purses, so, if this one is not for you, I bet I have one that is 'it'! I have several purses in the identical style but in different colors and made of different materials you may like, too! I also have a variety of large and small Gucci wallets that would make a great set with it!
