For sale is a unique, vintage, mod, Gucci, navy leather handbag with a gold GG flap snap lock! It is a unique vintage style that would be a great used as your signature navy purse! Gucci brought back this style from 1973 and the MSRP on similar styles is $2900+!
The bag is unusual- not like the classic, Gucci, purses I see online for sale. The design was definitely influenced by the 1960's, based on its mod style. The purse is a navy colored, buttery soft leather with slightly darker leather piping. It has a double GG flap snap lock and an adjustable strap that can be worn doubled and shorter or as a larger, single strap- see pictures. This bag has a perfect everyday, year round style!
The bag has minimal wear to the lining. The purse is roomy and has an organized design that is perfect for carrying all of your essentials and then some! It has a flap snap top closure, multiple compartments, and multiple slot and zip closure pockets. The bottom is expandable, so it can hold quite a bit! The strap can be adjusted to two lengths and is held in place by a bold gold accent on each side. The hardware is a gold tone metal.
It is vintage and there is minimal wear to the leather exterior- see pictures. The purse predates serial number and is stamped behind the front pocket. There is also a gold, Gucci tag embossed on the back. Gucci's new lines draw heavily on some of its best and most unique vintage designs, including this one, so you know that it will always be in style!
