Fendi RARE green quilted 'pasta' two-way bag with red & blue metal strap

For sale is a vintage, Fendi, mod look, RARE green quilted 'pasta' two-way bag with red & blue strap in a semicircular shape! A gorgeous bag in amazing vintage condition that was created by the Italian design house during the time when Karl Lagerfeld made Fendi his home!

It was made by Fendi during the early years when Karl Lagerfeld joined the company (I think). This bag is so cool and screams 1960's mod, Egyptian/Art Deco revival, but is still modern and edgy! It has a detachable strap, so it can be used as a cross body or shoulder bag or carried as a clutch style. You will never find this vintage style purse in this condition again- don't miss out!

It is made from green quilted heavy silk/nylon fabric that is a circle when opened with a 'pasta' design throughout. It folds and snaps to close. The removable strap is made of a thick, metal in blue, gold, red, & green pasta shaped links with toggles to fasten it. You could easily add a cross body length strap and just attach it on the inside.

Inside, the layout is very basic. There is one, large compartment with one interior zip pocket. The inside is very clean. It has an early, Fendi SAS tag, Roma; Made in Italy'- see pictures and the serial #C-13750 in the pocket.
