For sale is a vintage, Fendi, mod look, navy blue, lacquered/ patent leather, two-way- cross body/shoulder purse or clutch in the shape of a stylized fan! A gorgeous bag in amazing vintage condition that was created by the Italian design house during the time when Karl Lagerfeld made Fendi his home!
It was made by Fendi during the early years when Karl Lagerfeld joined the company (I think). This bag is so cool and screams 1960's mod, Egyptian/Art Deco revival, but is still modern and edgy! It has a detachable strap, so it can be used as a cross body or shoulder bag or carried as a clutch style. You will never find this vintage style purse in this condition again- don't miss out!
It is made from a navy blue lacquered patent leather that is a circle when opened with a stitched, linear design on the front. It folds and snaps to close. The removable strap is a thick, silk corde material with a snap to fasten it.
Inside, the layout is very basic. There is one, large compartment with one interior zip pocket. The inside is very clean in blue leather. It has an early, Fendi SAS tag, Roma; Made in Italy'- see pictures.
Measurements: 6" x 12" x 3"; Strap drop: 22" (removable); *Item #: 19430113
It is a unique take on a classic envelope look that will never go out of style! It'd be a fantastic addition to any collection! This bag was definitely made by the one of the top high end Italian designers that every lady deserves to own a purse by for her collection!
