For sale is a unique, 1970's- 1980's, retro, Gucci, stone colored fabric and camel colored leather, petite, cross body or shoulder, bucket shaped handbag with a multicolored embroidered Gucci nautical design on the front and a heavy beige twisted rope strap! It is a unique, rare take on a classic bucket style that would be a great used as your everyday purse if you travel light or for a night out!
The bag is unusual- not like the classic, Gucci, purses I see online for sale. It is definitely from the late 1970's- early 1980's, based on its style. The purse is a stone colored fabric and camel colored leather. It has a chunky beige twisted rope strap that matches the purse's nautical theme. In the center, there is a multi-colored captain's wheel embroidered with 'GUCCI' beneath it. It is a petite, yet roomy because of its bucket shape, top zip cross body or shoulder bag.
It has minimal wear to the fabric lining- see pictures. The interior has a gold, 'Gucci, Made in Italy' plaque on the back with the serial number 007 115 0128 on the back. A third party has authenticated it, so buy with confidence! It is an unusual, vintage Gucci and will always be in style- perfect for any time of year and if you travel light!
